Version: 1.0

**Document scope.** This document applies to users accessing hermetis.io in its English, Latvian, or Lithuanian language version, and to clients served by **SIA "AGroup"** (Latvia). It is governed by **the laws of the Republic of Latvia**. Clients served by **AGroup sp. z o.o.** (Poland) operate under a separate set of documents available in the **Polish language version** of hermetis.io.

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Demo Service Terms (hereinafter: "Terms") define the rules for providing the free Hermetis system demonstration service (hereinafter: "Demo Service" or "Demo"), offered via the website available at hermetis.io (hereinafter: "Website").
  2. The Demo Service is provided by:

- SIA "AGroup"

- registered address: Duntes iela 3, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia

- registration No.: 40003986259

- (hereinafter: "Service Provider" or "AGroup").

  1. These Terms supplement the Website Terms and Conditions of hermetis.io and the Privacy Policy. In matters not regulated in these Terms, the provisions of these documents apply.
  2. Use of the Demo Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§ 2. Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

  1. Interactive Demo — an interactive presentation of the Hermetis system made available on the page hermetis.io/watch-a-demo via the Storylane tool;
  2. Live Demo — a personalised presentation of the Hermetis system conducted live by an AGroup representative, via video conferencing software, after the User has filled in the Demo Form or the Contact Form requesting a presentation;
  3. Demo Form — an electronic form available on the Website enabling the User to obtain access to the Interactive Demo;
  4. Storylane — an external tool used to provide the Interactive Demo, operated by Storylane Inc.;
  5. User — a person using the Demo Service, in particular a representative of a potential AGroup Client.

§ 3. Forms of providing the Demo Service

  1. AGroup makes the Demo Service available in two forms:
    1. Interactive Demo — a self-service presentation in the form of an interactive simulation of the Hermetis system, available after filling in the Demo Form;
    2. Live Demo — a presentation conducted by an AGroup representative, after prior arrangement of the date.
  2. The User may use one or both forms of the Demo, depending on their needs.

§ 4. Conditions for access to the Demo Service

  1. Access to the Interactive Demo requires:
    1. filling in the Demo Form on the Website;
    2. providing data marked as mandatory.
  2. The scope of data collected via the Demo Form:
    1. first name;
    2. last name;
    3. business email;
    4. phone number;
    5. company name.
  3. After filling in the Demo Form, the User receives a link to view the Interactive Demo at the email address provided. AGroup may make the provision of the link conditional on email confirmation (double opt-in mechanism).
  4. After filling in the Contact Form requesting a Live Demo, an AGroup representative will contact the User to determine the date and scope of the meeting.
  5. Use of the Demo Service requires meeting the technical requirements specified in § 4 of the Website Terms, in particular having a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active email account.
  6. The Demo Service is provided free of charge.

§ 5. Scope and content of the Demo

  1. The Interactive Demo presents selected functionalities of the Hermetis system in a simplified form, designed to provide the User with a general understanding of the system.
  2. The Live Demo is conducted on the basis of an individually agreed scope, adapted to the User's needs and area of interest.
  3. The Demo Service is informational and presentational in nature. The data presented in the Demo are example, fictitious or anonymised data — they do not represent the actual data of any AGroup Client.
  4. The functionalities presented in the Demo may differ from the final functionalities of the Hermetis system implemented for a specific Client, due to:
    1. ongoing development of the Hermetis system (new functionalities, modifications);
    2. the possibility of configuring the Hermetis system for the individual needs of a Client;
    3. differences arising from the legislation of a given country (Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia).
  5. The Interactive Demo does not include modules requiring complex configuration. The full scope of the Hermetis system functionalities is presented exclusively during the Live Demo and the implementation process.

§ 6. Purpose of the Demo Service and personal data

  1. The purpose of the Demo Service is:
    1. presentation of the Hermetis system functionality to a potential Client;
    2. verification by the User whether the Hermetis system meets the needs of their organisation;
    3. initiation of the sales process leading to the possible conclusion of an agreement for the Hermetis service.
  2. The processing of personal data collected via the Demo Form is governed by the Privacy Policy, in particular section 6.2 thereof.
  3. Use of the Interactive Demo (via the Storylane tool) may involve the recording by the tool provider of information about the session progress for technical and analytical purposes, on the terms described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

§ 7. Liability and disclaimer of warranty

  1. The Service Provider provides the Demo Service with due diligence, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Demo, in particular due to:
    1. circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control (failures of internet providers, the Storylane tool, internet connection on the User's side);
    2. maintenance or modernisation work.
  2. The Service Provider is not liable for the User's business decisions made on the basis of information obtained during the Demo. The decision to conclude an agreement on the Hermetis service requires a thorough analysis of the User's organisation's needs and, as a rule, requires an implementation analysis carried out by the AGroup team.
  3. The Demo Service does not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable civil law. A binding agreement on the Hermetis service is concluded exclusively in the form of a separate written agreement.

§ 8. Personal data

  1. The Service Provider is the Controller of personal data processed in connection with the provision of the Demo Service, on the basis specified in the Privacy Policy.
  2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted at: dataprotection@hermetis.io.
  3. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data, the rights of data subjects, recipients of data, transfer of data outside the EEA, and other information required by GDPR are specified in the Privacy Policy at hermetis.io/privacy-policy.

§ 9. Termination of the Demo Service

  1. The User may at any time stop using the Demo Service.
  2. The Service Provider may refuse to provide or terminate the provision of the Demo Service in particular in cases where:
    1. the User violates these Terms or the Website Terms;
    2. the User provided untrue or incomplete data;
    3. the User used the Demo Service in a manner inconsistent with its purpose (e.g. for the purpose of obtaining trade secrets of AGroup or its Clients).

§ 10. Complaints

  1. Complaints related to the Demo Service may be submitted to the address: hello@hermetis.io or to the registered address of the Service Provider.
  2. The procedure for handling complaints is specified in § 10 of the Website Terms.

§ 11. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Website Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable provisions of Latvian law shall apply.
  3. AGroup reserves the right to amend these Terms on the principles described in § 10 of the Website Terms.
  4. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved:
    1. primarily amicably;
    2. in the absence of agreement — by the common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider, i.e. the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia (subject to mandatory provisions, in particular those applicable to consumers).
  5. These Terms enter into force on 31 May 2026.
